Meet the new feature for additional data safety
Three modes, indicated by a built-in LED, give a clear picture of the Write-Protect-Switch's operational status:
- White LED: Shows the SSD is connected to host but Write-Protect function is not engaged.
- Orange LED: Signals that the Write-Protect function is engaged, activating the SSD's Read-Only mode.
- Flashing LED: Indicates that data transfer is in progress.
*Note: the switch should always be activated/deactivated when SSD is safely ejected and disconnected from the host (e.g. computer). Switching while operating will not engage the Write-Protect function. *
