At Boundary, they only manufacture products using Bluesign fabrics, mills, and factories. Bluesign stands for the reduced environmental impact of our supply chain from factory to final product while ensuring the ethical treatment of factory workers. This reduces the environmental impact of the entire supply chain from the factory to the final product. Bluesign helps factories operate more efficiently, which reduces overall water, energy, and chemical use.

These approved factories must meet stringent standards for pollution control and also feature the world’s strictest chemical safety requirements for textiles. Through this certified supply chain Boundary can help shift the traditional paradigm and in their effort to provide the most sustainable gear possible, they have committed to using Bluesign certified materials and actively pursuing more Bluesign certified fabrics in everything they design.

Boundary´s dedication to the materials they work with delivers sustainable Bluesign high-quality material innovation to produce performance-focused materials that exceed expectations beyond the destination.

From working with one of the strongest nylon fabrics on the market, recycled materials that have been made into durable high-quality yarns to X-Pac material that is a 3-layer laminated fabric construction with 210D / Multicam 500D Nylon Cordura with Barricade DWR, Kevlar fiber X-Ply to add bias stability and tear strength, and then 100% waterproof PET lamination. This is X-pac and it’s not something you see every day.

Another core component of Boundary's modular design system is the magnetic dock allows quick attachment of accessories inside the pack. Another cool feature is the magnetic hardware secures itself with auto-locking features on the straps making life on the go more comfortable.
